Dear Customers (Consumers / Users), Please Note! In case the Clients (Consumers / Users) purchase the work or services offered by the Alliance Partners via the "Energy of the Idea" platform, the Alliance team performs the additional quality assurance procedures. In such a case, the cost of work and services for the Clients (Consumers/Users) will remain the same.
The agreements / contracts shall provide for (or may provide for) the performance of the quality assurance procedures by the "Energy of the Idea" Independent Partners Alliance. Should any claims or dispute arise on the part of the Clients (Consumers / Users), the Alliance team shall take the necessary measures for the resolution (settlement) thereof with the Partners.
